Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer.
Location: Enfield, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £ 35k+ Training + Benefits
Expanding Water Treatment company with further plans for growth in the coming years. Currently recruiting a professional Water Treatment Engineer with strong technical knowledge, able to work across domestic and closed water systems, carrying out Legionella/ TVC sampling and dosing with required chemicals/ inhibitors. Due to the nature of the clients contracts, the successful candidate will require excellent client facing skills and excellent grasp of both HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidelines, able to answer technical questions and provide advice.

Consideration will be given to candidate from: Watford, St Albans, Cheshunt, Harlow, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Stevenage, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Bedford, Bishop Stortford, Harlow, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Maldon, Basildon.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working hands on as a Water Treatment Engineer is essential to the role.
” Practical knowledge of relevant HSG / ACoP L8 Guidelines.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Confident in using handheld PDA.

The Role:
” Analysis of closed heated & chilled systems.
” Using onsite test kits and dosing with correct chemicals.
” CL02 Servicing and maintenance.
” TMV Servicing and Failsafe’s.
” Flushing and descaling of little used outlets.
” Water sampling.
” Temperature monitoring.
” CWST cleans and disinfections.
” Calorifier inspections.
” Tank inspections.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
