Over the past 17 years, Future Select have been placing Asbestos Surveyors on a national scale and across all regions of the UK/Ireland. Asbestos Surveyors require the p402. The market pre-pandemic was good, put took a drop in the first few months of the pandemic, however, this has since recovered and is growing stronger every day. The market is currently very good for Asbestos Surveyors, with clients offering 34k for some Asbestos Surveyors. There is a shortage of flexible and adaptable surveyors and as a result the market rates are around 22-34k. It is still advisable for Asbestos Surveyors to cross train other area, such as getting the Asbestos Analyst p-certs, p403, and p404, which will enable them to be a little bit more marketable and increase their salary expectations. Candidates again should demonstrate flexible attitudes and have realistic salary expectations.
